ONLINE TRAINING FOR 100 PILOT SCHOOLS
As part of the preparations for the first piloting of the state matura, in mid-September 2020, informative meetings were organized with the directors of pilot schools where the planned time frames and activities were presented, but also the tasks, obligations and expectations of all participants in the piloting process.
During the meetings, the schools were acquainted in more detail with the plans for conducting the state matura and the concrete steps and conditions of the first piloting. It was pointed out that the goal of the first piloting of the state matura is to check the quality of exam tasks developed in the previous period by working groups for the preparation of exam materials, but also to test the principles and elements of procedures for conducting the state matura. Evaluation of piloting results should provide the information necessary for further steps and decisions. The role of pilot schools in this process is crucial, so special attention was paid to the responsibilities of the School Matura Commission, which is responsible for organizing the implementation of the state matura at the school level and the responsibilities of other participants - School Examination Commission, teachers on duty and supervisors.
